60 years after World War 2

The end of WWII 60 years ago is currently marked all over the world. The photo is of one of the war memorials in Copenhagen.
The German troops in Denmark surrendered to the allied forces on May 4th 1945 and on May 8th Germany had officially capitulated
(the fighting continued some places and Japan had not yet surrendered).
